Shipping is on us. Every order ships free, anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. This timeframe may be extended during festive seasons, new collection launches or other peak periods.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, here are the indicative delivery times and the carriers we work with:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days, with Colissimo or Lettre Suivie.
• Metropolitan France, express: delivery before 1 pm the next business day, with Chronopost 13H (Monday to Friday).
• French Overseas Departments and Territories: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo.
• United Kingdom: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo.
• Europe: 4 to 5 business days, with Colissimo International.
• Rest of the world: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo International.

These times are indicative and begin once your parcel has left our atelier.

Tracking and delivery

Every parcel is sent with tracking and requires a signature on delivery, so your piece is traceable from our atelier to your door. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

In the event of a parcel lost by the carrier, a claim must be filed with the shipping authorities. We provide tracking and require a signature precisely to ensure optimal traceability.

To keep your ISLI charms looking their best, we recommend following these care instructions:

• Clip and unclip them by holding the charm itself, never by pulling on the hoop.
• Put them on last, once perfume, hairspray and cosmetics have dried: alcohol dulls the lacquer.
• Remove them before showering, swimming or exercising. Wood does not like water or prolonged humidity.
• Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Never use soap, alcohol or solvent.
• Store them flat and away from direct light, so the colour keeps its depth and the pieces do not scratch one another.

Lacquered wood
Every pair is cut and lacquered by hand, so slight variations in shade and grain belong to the material rather than being defects.
