Every order ships free, anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend.

Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days with Colissimo or Lettre Suivie. Europe: 4 to 5 business days. United Kingdom, French Overseas Departments and the rest of the world: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo International.

Every parcel is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Policy

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return an item.

The piece must be unworn, undamaged and still with its original label. Send your request to contact@islistudio.com: once it is validated, no change is possible. Return shipping is at your expense.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. This timeframe may be extended during festive seasons, new collection launches or other peak periods.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, here are the indicative delivery times and the carriers we work with:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days, with Colissimo or Lettre Suivie.
  • Metropolitan France, express: delivery before 1 pm the next business day, with Chronopost 13H (Monday to Friday).
  • French Overseas Departments and Territories: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo.
  • United Kingdom: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo.
  • Europe: 4 to 5 business days, with Colissimo International.
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 6 business days, with Colissimo International.

These times are indicative and begin once your parcel has left our atelier.

Tracking and delivery

Every parcel is sent with tracking and requires a signature on delivery, so your piece is traceable from our atelier to your door. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

In the event of a parcel lost by the carrier, a claim must be filed with the shipping authorities. We provide tracking and require a signature precisely to ensure optimal traceability.

To keep your ISLI piece beautiful over the years, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Keep it away from water, damp places and direct sunlight, and store it away from heat sources.
  • Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume and hydroalcoholic solutions.
  • Wipe it with a soft, light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
  • Store it on its own, away from light, so that it does not rub against other pieces.
