Tracking and delivery

Every parcel is sent with tracking and requires a signature on delivery, so your piece is traceable from our atelier to your door. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

In the event of a parcel lost by the carrier, a claim must be filed with the shipping authorities. We provide tracking and require a signature precisely to ensure optimal traceability.

To keep your ISLI earrings looking their best, we recommend following these care instructions:

• Put your earrings on last, once perfume, hairspray and cosmetics have dried: alcohol and oils dull colours and finishes.
• Remove them before showering, swimming or exercising, and keep them away from water, steam and prolonged humidity.
• Wipe the hooks and the surface with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Never use soap, alcohol or solvent.
• Store each pair on its own, flat and away from direct sunlight, so that the pieces do not scratch one another.
• Handle the assembled elements gently and avoid pulling on the moving parts.
